The ability to measure response through eye gaze adds real value to behavioral research & analysis. Eye Tracking is a unique & reliable method for assessing design impact or usability of print media, websites, package design, virtual store shelving, etc.
IVP usability Labs:
Accompanied by a full-time, experienced and client-friendly technician, our two usability lab offerings MobiLAB™ and MobiLAB™ PC allow researchers to clearly observe and evaluate the testing of any type of interactive product during the qualitative market research testing process. Facial reactions, hand/eye movements and body language are combined electronically with images of the product being tested and are displayed in a picture-in-picture format, providing simultaneous observation and feedback of the product/participant interaction. MobiLAB™ is a very flexible system that can be customized to meet client preferences and the specific needs of a study. Ideal for testing websites, hand-held devices, kiosks, interactive software, etc. MobiLAB™ can support any testing scenario including IDIs, dyads, mini groups, and full focus groups.
IVP Videography Support:
Our powerful summary videoreport™ offers an alternative to lengthy text of research reports. We produce a personalized video containing highlights from your study. We evaluate multiple hours of research footage, selecting the most illustrative reactions and responses of research participants to support the key findings of the research. Videoreport™ can be a stand-alone video complete with voice-over
narration and graphics, or we can simply provide clips that can be easily inserted into a PowerPoint presentation. Either way, Videoreport™ is ideal for distribution and presentation to senior management.
IVP MobiLAB™ EEG & MobiLAB™ BIO:
Our neuromarketing and biometrics labs measure a subject’s emotional and cognitive response to stimuli revealed through peripheral and/or central nervous system activity. Accompanied by a full-time technician, IVP uses leading edge technology including EEG headsets to capture brain activity and/or biometric devices to capture heart rate, facial muscle activity and skin conductance. All of these responses are then decoded into measures of emotional engagement.
